*Conference center hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday, excluding building holidays.

**Half-day is from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm or 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm. Any reservation that overlaps the 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm hour will result in a full day charge of the room reserved.

Ping Pong Table

The building Ping Pong Table, located in Conference Center on the 23rd floor , is available for tenant use Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. The table has four paddles and multiple balls for play. The ping pong table can be reserved for office use through River Point reservation request.


RESERVATIONS

*Please note that the 23rd Floor Conference Center has a four-week reservation policy. Please do not submit any reservation requests unless the intended reservation date is within four weeks of the request being submitted.

By reserving space, you agree to the Guidelines outlined below and to the following Terms of Use. You will also need to refer to the space layouts in the River Point Conference Program when confirming your space. 

Guidelines

The following guidelines have been set forth by River Point Property Management in an effort to provide each tenant with equitable access to the shared Conference Center:

  • All reservations must be submitted through the RP Chicago app or the RP Chicago web portal. The Property Management Office will not accept any request made by phone or email. Once a reservation request has been submitted, Property Management will respond with a confirmation via email.

  • Reservations may not be requested more than four weeks in advance from the intended meeting date(s). Reasonable restrictions on conference reservations may be implemented and enforced by Property Management at any time .

  • The Tenant Lounge is available for use by all tenants from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm , Monday - Friday, unless the full Conference Center is booked or during Building Observed Holidays. The Tenant Lounge is not accessible outside of these hours.

  • The Tenant Lounge and Pantry may not be reserved independently. Please see the River Point Conference Program for all available room options.

  • Full Conference Center reservations shall be limited to no more than 4 per year, per tenant.

  • Due to the design of the room , the Projector is only available when you rent the full conference space.

  • Should your team request the use of our Polycom system for wireless camera and microphone connectivity, we ask that your IT representative coordinates a visit with the Property Management team at least 24 hours before scheduled event. During this visit, we will walk them through how to download the required connectivity software to utilize the wireless Polycom program.

  • Food must be catered directly to your tenant suite or your reserved conference room and received by an employee of your designation. The Property Management Office will not accept any catered order for any reservation in the Conference Center.

  • COIs are required for any outside vendor attending conference, including any restaurant delivery persons.

  • Please enter any attendees that do not already have building access into myKastle as registered visitors.

  • Please be mindful that you may be entering a meeting that is currently in session when the conference room doors are closed.

  • Feel free to stop by the Property Management Office prior to your conference if you would like to view the space . Due to the complexity and sensitivity of the Conference Center software, the appropriate property management personnel must be in the room during any AV troubleshooting. Time for troubleshooting cannot be guaranteed; however, we can guarantee that we will do our best to make sure you are taken care of.

  • In the case of cancellation within five business days prior to event: 50% of the total room rental fee will remain payable.

  • Additional overtime HVAC and security supervision charges may apply in the case that the meeting extends beyond normal hours of operation.

  • Tenant is liable for the replacement costs of Conference Center furniture, AV equipment, or any other requested item that is misplaced or broken during the time of the tenant’s reservation.
